On P1 and P2 Because Bank 0 isn't fitted a bodge wire is added on the back to make Bank3 into Bank 0
P1 and P2 have 64Mbyte per bank - 16M x 16 bits (256Mbit) per chip - marked K4S561633F
E1 has 128 Mbyte per bank - 32M x 16 bits (512Mbit) per chip - marked K4M511633C
Memory map
The pxa has two memory layouts 'small' and 'large'. Large allows for more than 256 MB of RAM. They are laid out as follows:
